My favorite Humanities related experience winter quarter was seeing Anna Devere Smith's "Let Me Down Easy". It was a one woman show depicting different opinions and experiences with death, sickness and the healthcare system. The show impacted me so much that I ended up doing a final research paper on death. I suggest looking it up online if you have time.
Also, for Spring Break I went to Guatemala to see my best friend! She is the Child Sponsor Director for Lemonade International, an organization that works to support individuals in the largest urban slum in Latin America.
